The Format Channels of Human Design

There are 3 format channels in the Human Design chart.
They run from the root to the sacral.
These are generator channels and the strategy here is to respond.
These channels represent the foundation for understanding the themes of all Individual and Collective Circuitry.
They are connected to the foundational energy within the collective.
A format channel has an overriding impact on your entire design, heavily influencing how your life will be lived out, regardless of whatever else is going on in your chart.
Following your strategy supports the use of these energies.
The not self brings suppression and loss of frequency.
When I coach a client who has these channels in their chart, we focus on mastering and embodying this energy as a priority because it is sooo super potent.
